Our text message service and the content and materials provided through the service are proprietary to us or our licensors and are for your personal, noncommercial use only. You shall not damage, impair, interfere with, or disrupt the service or its functionality.

Our text message service is available only in the United States.

We reserve the right to alter these text message terms and conditions from time to time. We may suspend or terminate our text message service to you if we believe that you are in breach of our terms and conditions. Your service is also subject to termination if your wireless service terminates or lapses.
